Frequently Asked Questions
In 3 simple steps:
1. Send us your current CV or your draft cover letter, if you have it. Explain to us your needs for the project, or where you have found difficulties. You then make a 50% deposit to confirm your project reservation.
2. We send the first draft for you to check how it's looking. Here, you will get to check the final elements of the design until satisfactory.
3. We send you the finalized project. You pay the other 50% after the validation of your project.
We do not store any personal information relating to documents that you have previously shared with us. The design itself may be kept as a sample for future works, but all information will be blanked.
Once your project is finalized with all payments due, we keep the document for up to 2 months, in case you have lost your file, we can resend it to you free of charge within this period.
After the 2-month period, your original file will be permanently deleted on our database. However, you can always send the document back to us for reworks or retouches within a year should you need any changes; we offer reworks at a loyalty discount for existing customers.
We currently accept bank transfers, Wise and PayPal.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer payment by credit card. We'll get to that in the future, thank you for your patience!
Our customer service consultant can assist in more details with payment methods after the project has been booked.
Note that bank transfers are only possible for the regions indicated: Europe, North America, Vietnam, Malaysia.
Yes we do! Whether you have additional experiences you'd need help customizing, or that you would like to refresh your CV with a completely new design, we offer discounted touch-ups and reworks within one year for past customers, counting from the day that you receive the finalized copy of your project.
Once your project is finalized with all payments due, we also keep the document for up to 2 months. In the case that you may have lost your file, we can resend it to you without extra charges within this period.
